About Tank Law

Katherine Tank has over thirty years of experience successfully representing businesses of all shapes and sizes throughout the region in labor and employment and business matters. Her law firm, Tank Law, PC, was recently named a 2014 Tier Two “Best Law Firm” by US News and Best Lawyers.

After working as a partner in two large regional law firms for over twenty years, Katherine started her own law firm, Tank Law, PC, in February 2013, where she specializes in labor and employment law, advice and counsel, and litigation, along with commercial/business law and litigation. Katherine is licensed to practice in the Oregon state and federal courts, and before the state and federal administrative agencies overseeing our labor and employment laws.

Katherine attended the University of Oregon School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor Degree in 1988. While at U of O, she served as Editor in Chief of the Oregon Law Review (1987-88) and was Order of the Coif (top 10% in her class.)
